I visited RRBC for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The crabmeat poppers were excellent and the spinach salad was wonderful. Since I came with a group of co-workers, I was impressed with the server's attention to our group. She was patient with me as I tried to decide what beer to purchase. By the way, the beer was good also. I will definitely visit again.

WHY GO ANY PLACE ELSE? IN 3 WEEKS THE KEY WEST BAR WILL BE OPEN IN THE BACK. THE BREWS ARE THE BEST. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO BREWING COMPANY SINCE THEY OPENED THE DOORS. THE PLACE REMINDS ME OF THE SERIES " CHEERS" bACK IN 2000, I ATE EVERYTHING ON THE MENUE ATLEAST ONCE. THE FOOD IS OUTSTANDING. THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT. THE PLASMAS ARE BIG. TERE IS NO BAD SEAT IN THE HOUSE.

Since you now seat regular diners in the tables around the bar area, you really need to turn the freaking music down. Twice now we've been seated there and have had a miserable time not being able to have a normal conversation.

My wife and I live in southern Lorain county and we can't go 2 weeks without R.R.B.C.'s great beer and food. Forget going to Great Lakes Brewing, you won't be disappointed.

Love the Rocky River Brewing Co.! Outstanding food, great beer and the best service. Will not be able to attend the Mardi Gras festivities this year, hope everyone has a blast.

Wow, I have been going to Rocky River for years and years, and I have never had any problems. Maybe the problem is with the 2 ladies that went there are so used to eating at Applebees, where you complain about the smallest thing, you get your entire meal free.

Really Maureen, The Pub. Come on, the Pub is nice and all but it is just like any other Irish bar out there, and yes I know it isn't Irish but it sure seemed like it.
It is too bad that you had an unpleasant experience at Rocky River Brewing Co. My friends and I have always found it excellent. The food, beer and service has been by far the best in Cleveland.

Still the most unpleasant establishment around town... saw the posting from Christine Sivori, and we would agree with her experience, and commend her for her willingness to complain out loud about this restaurant! We did notice our earlier posting with a similar complaint was deleted, (but yet complimentary postings from the same time period are still viewable)? Bad news to all who dare to bother with the "Rocky River Brewing Co"... and like we said in our earlier, mysteriously deleted posting- "there are better places to spend your money in Rocky River".. check out the "Pub",for one

To whom it may concern,
My name is Christine Sivori. My family and I came to The Rocky River Brewery Company this evening 1-10-08. We eat in your establishment often, and enjoy it. I am sorry to say that after our experience tonight we will no longer dine there. We ordered chicken wings for my son, he told me they tasted bad. I then tasted the wings and discovered they were slimy and had a bad odor. I immediately felt upset to my stomach. We told our sever and she said she would tell a manager. When the man came to the table he said “ I just tasted the wings and they are fine, if you don’t like them I can get you something else.” I expressed that its ok, we didn’t need anything, and that I could not stomach to continue eating my salad. I told him we our regulars and are not that mad. He told us he was going to take the wings and the salad off. He also insisted I take my salad home for he thought I’d be hungry later. Also he put in an order of ribs for us to go. As we waited, the server neglected to refill our drinks or follow through will an apology. When the ribs came the bill came as well, with the wings and salad still on it. I kindly told the waitress the bill was incorrect and waited again. Then when we got the bill the wings had been taken off., but not the salad. By then I was to irritated to complain anymore. We felt mistreated and did not appreciate the rude customer service.

I first visited your brewpub with a group of friends in July 2005. We tried several beers and were seriously impressed.
Most recently (Dec 2007) a freind and I tried: Voodoo, Santa’s Helper, and another I have been unable to identify on your web page. My question is, has there been a change in either management or brewers?

Just visited your place two weeks ago for the first time. Been back several times already.. Your stout is awesome. I lived in AK and had some great beer there. Your stout is right up there for sure.. Damn Good Beer! Keep it up!

I was there last night and loved the beer!!! Must try!
