Thanks, Linda? we do agree with you, the "PUB" is nice... that is the problem at Rocky River Brewing Co.- they are not nice! Look at the previous posting from "Christine", her opinion is also our experience as well-(on multiple occasions)! Glad for this open forum, the web-world invites the real experiences of the customer to be sent out there--good or bad!!! So, we feel bad about the management and service at the Rocky River Brewing Co. We spend our money at establishments with good food, and great service- so,- NEVER again at Rocky River Brewing Co. Enough said!

Yes, the internet is a wonderful place, anyone can post their comments and thought. It is unfortunate that you and "Chirstine" had such a bad experience at Rocky River Brewing Company. I can only hope the management keeps and eye on these postings and takes in consideration what you commented on.

As for me, my family and friends, we have been going to the Brewing Co. for years now. We have always had a pleasant experience, wonderful food and excellent service.

Happy for you, Linda... and a loyal customer like you is a great testimonial for this establishment. We are not going back there, nor are our family members, or friends.... Maybe you should tell them?...they are making lots of other people unhappy. I know from experience, it takes an awful lot of happy customers to make up for the loud complaints of the unhappy ones. We would have gone back, if we were not treated so rudely, more than once, actually by the owners (Mr, 17, from the pictures). So, thanks for your response, and you sound like a nice person, and a great loyal customer, so I certainly wouldn't want to dismiss your thoughts! They must be OK for you to be so pleased, (but,they really aren't nice if you have any sort of issue with food or service). Anyway, we go out alot, and we spend our money elsewhere now.
